Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final and we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought. If your file won't open, the download link doesn't work, or you were charged twice, email us at fieldmanualsupply@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, and we'll fix the problem, send a working file, or refund you.

If you bought the wrong product by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
